Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box and placed inside a protective shipping carton to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location or schedule a collection, then monitor your email for a confirmation once the return is processed.
